What this website collects
When you request a PimXtr demo, the website collects the name, email address, company name if provided, the page where the request started, the submission time, and the optional marketing-consent choice.
Why it is used
Your name and email address are used to send the requested transactional demo invitation. The optional marketing-consent choice is recorded separately and is not required to receive the invitation.
How it is handled
Demo requests are stored by the application so delivery status can be recorded and duplicate invitations can be handled safely. SMTP delivery settings are configuration values; they are not collected through the public form.
